We’re seeking a Landscape Architect/Designer who is passionate about the technical side of design and ready to take initiative. Key Position Responsibilities Assist in the production of construction documentation, pricing, and bidding documents Prepare small-scale plan, elevation, and section drawings in schematic design and construction documentation phases Assist in planting design and planting plan preparation Prepare presentation materials boards, and schematic design packages Prepare permitting plans and manage coordination with review board staff Qualifications A bachelor’s degree from an accredited landscape architecture program. A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience working in a landscape architecture firm Licensure is a plus, but not required. Horticultural knowledge is a plus, but not required. Strong experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Solid technical knowledge of construction documentation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to communicate with clients, consultants, and contractors effectively.
