Lead Production Worker and Machine OperatorDescriptionAccurately set up machines and verify equipment readiness to start and complete the production cycle. Perform machine changeovers and roll changes as needed. Monitor raw material levels to ensure continuous machine operation. Monitor equipment and make necessary adjustments for proper operations. Operate equipment efficiently to meet daily production requirements and company efficiency goals. Perform quality checks and maintain accurate records to verify products meet customer and company standards. Assist in packing products and loading freezers/trucks as needed. Complete work order paperwork neatly and accurately.SkillsOver 2 years' previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing or production environment2 years of packaging experience preferredMust have production or manufacturing experienceWork EnvironmentClean packaging environment in Hatfield for training. The Pottstown, PA facility will be brand new once open. Training: 5:00am - 3:30pm M-Th in the Hatfield, PA Plant. When Pottstown gets up and running, the plan is to move to 12-hour days, 3 days one week and then 4 days the following week.
