LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a prominent law firm in Potomac, Maryland is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to join their team.
This position is hybrid, one day remote.
Responsibilities:
· Assisting with complex commercial litigation matters
· Editing and proofreading documents
· Handling e-filing in state and federal courts
· Managing calendars
· Arranging travel
· Preparing expense reports
· Corresponding with clients
· Providing general administrative support
Requirements:
· 5+ years of recent commercial litigation assistant experience
· Strong MS Office knowledge
· E-filing experience
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
The anticipated salary range is $65,000-$85,000 per year depending on experience.
