Experience Psychotherapy and Counseling: Experience providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, or groups. Ability to develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic modalities. Client Records and Compliance: Maintain accurate and confidential client records. Maintaining compliance with ethical and legal standards. Communication and Collaboration: Consistent communication with referral sources and/or other providers. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including art therapists, social workers, and medical professionals, to create effective treatment plans. Supervision and Growth: Experience oversight from direct supervision of a qualified supervisor. Motivation for continued professional development and growth.
