(Pay $15/Hour) Job Overview - How You'll Contribute: Come work for the #1 Customer Experience Team in the Omaha Metro Area with the H+H Group! You will be working in a super fun and overly positive working environment, located in Aksarben!! - we like to say, "We're our own brand of weird." Our Team is a very diverse group of people with high energy and personality. You will be working on our Live Support Team and handling Customer interactions both online and over the phone/text - all in an effort to simplify and elevate the Customer experience. (Pay $15/Hour)
As part of our fun, energetic, and positive team, you will have daily tasks that include:
- Handle incoming chats and texts from online Customers through a variety of media channels.
- Proactively reach out to Customers regarding their recent experience with our dealerships.
- Work with dealership personnel to ensure Customer requests are handled.
Schedule: Full Time and Part Time available. Full Time Monday-Friday 9am-6pm and Part Time Wednesday 4pm-8pm, Thursday 4pm-8pm, and Saturday 1pm-6pm. Please note this position is not remote. Qualifications - What You Need to be Successful: - High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Excellent communication and Customer Service skills.
- Great computer/technology skills.
- High energy partnered with a positive attitude.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Detail oriented.
- Desire to grow, learn, and advance within the company.
