This LPN will work with a variety of orthopedic issues in patients from birth to 16/17 years of age. This is a hands on position where you will learn how to place/remove casts and splints, remove staples/sutures, assist with dressing changes, rooming of patients, assist with sterile procedures as needed, establish relationships with patients and families and work directly with skilled Providers. If position requires IV therapy/management skills, the following is required in North Dakota: graduation from a Board approved AASPN program where IV therapy is part of the curriculum or completion of an IV Therapy course approved by the North Dakota Board of Nursing. Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges.
