Housekeeper

About the Job
We are seeking a reliable, efficient, and detail-oriented part-time Maid/Housekeeper for an entrepreneurial family based in Conroe, Texas. The family consists of two adults and two children. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the family home is clean, orderly, and welcoming at all times.
Responsibilities
1. Carry out general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and washing dishes.
2. Deep-clean rooms and bathrooms regularly to maintain a sanitized and orderly environment.
3. Handle laundry tasks including washing, ironing, and arranging clothes in the closets. Drop off and pick up dry cleaning as needed.
4. Tidy up the children's rooms and play areas.
5. Assist with meal preparation as needed.
6. Dispose of waste materials in a responsible manner.
7. Purchase groceries and household supplies, maintaining appropriate levels of inventory.
8. Keep an eye on home maintenance needs and report any issues.
9. Respect the family's privacy and maintain discretion at all times.
Qualifications
1. Previous experience in a housekeeping role is preferred.
2. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
3. Good time-management skills and ability to handle a variety of tasks.
4. Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
5. Capability to work independently and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
6. Must have reliable transportation.
7. Flexibility to adjust to the changing needs of the family.
8. Comfortable with children and able to create a safe and hygienic environment for them.
