Our client in Clare MI, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the operations team supporting various plant locations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Clare, MI

Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or GED required
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in maintenance or repair.
• Experience in Industrial and Grounds Maintenance required
• Ability to work the 2nd shift from 2 pm to 10 pm, Monday through Friday. (shift varies)
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Willingness to perform various maintenance tasks as assigned.

What's the Job?

• Execute safe and timely repairs on a variety of industrial machinery.
• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of industrial equipment.
• Conduct ground maintenance including snow removal, weeding, and washing of buildings.
• Inspect and maintain rooftop HVAC systems as necessary.
• Carry out preventative maintenance on loading docks and garage doors.
