We seek passionate, driven individuals interested in long-term growth and becoming part of our family. Your Role With Us Providing warm greetings to guests as they arrive. Managing reservations, coordinating seating with the management team, and informing guests about our dining options. Handling waitlist management and communication between management and the front desk team. Acting as a Brand Ambassador, promoting Carmine's and Virgil's locations, and inviting guests to special events and catering. Leading the Host/Hostess team to ensure proper seating. Answering phones and managing reservation systems like OpenTable. Creating strong guest relationships and ensuring an excellent first impression. Expressing gratitude to guests to leave a lasting positive impression. Operating in all front desk roles and assisting as needed. We Are Looking For Candidates Professional, personable, organized, with a sense of humor and a passion for hospitality. Experience as a Maitre'd or Lead Host/Hostess in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant. Excellent communication skills, friendliness, and strong organizational abilities. Experience with reservation systems like OpenTable or RESY. Clear and articulate telephone communication skills. Fluent in English. Flexible to work various shifts.
