Job Description

Manufacturing Production Training position duties and responsibilities:

• Learn to read and understand work orders and the tooling requirements by reading the Shop Order.
• Learn how to set up machines and make Aerospace parts.
• Get cross trained on a variety of secondary machines/equipment.
• Learn how a factory works!

We are training for Hot heading operator, Cold heading operator, Thread rolling operator, and centerless grinder operator.

Job Requirements

Knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary:

• Neat handwriting and printing: read and write English sufficiently well to do the job as described above
• Maintain the work area neat and clean.
• Follow all company safety rules so as to avoid injury to self and others.
• Perform other associated duties as required or directed.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

The hours are either 5-1:30 or 6-2:30 or 7-3:30 and it is a M-F job with possible overtime on Saturday which is a morning shift out by 11am.

Will be creating a second shift 8-10 hour shifts Techstaff
