DelMorgan & Co., an internationally recognized investment bank headquartered in Santa Monica, California, is seeking an in-person or remote Marketing Intern to help strengthen our client relations and enhance our marketing efforts. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with marketing experience to support key initiatives aimed at growing our business. As a key supporter of our social media team, you will focus on improving our brand presence and client relations. This role presents an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing and business development and contribute to the growth of our digital footprint. Please note that this role is an unpaid internship.

Key Responsibilities :

• Marketing Strategy Support: Assist in creating and executing marketing plans that align with the social media team’s goals, including email campaigns, social media management and content creation.
• Content Creation: Draft engaging social media posts, newsletters and market updates for LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Client Relations: Collaborate with the social media team to maintain and improve existing and potential client communications using a professional and consistent approach.
• Digital Marketing: Support SEO initiatives to optimize the company’s website, improve search engine rankings and drive increased organic traffic.
• Analytics and Reporting: Leverage tools like Google Analytics and marketing software to monitor performance metrics, analyze trends and provide actionable insights for marketing strategies.

Qualifications :

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field.
• Prior experience in marketing, business development or SEO.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an eye for detail.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, email marketing platforms and social media scheduling tools.
• Creativity and a passion for innovation, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and strategies.
