Job Title: Marketing Specialist, Amazon Job Summary: Ground Up International is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the development and execution of creative marketing initiatives. This role will be a vital part of the marketing team's expansion into Amazon. This position will oversee and manage all Amazon PPC campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads. Additionally, this role will help to launch and oversee Google PPC, Amazon influencer marketing, and marketplace advertising. This role is based in NYC & on-site M-F. We aspire to have our teams embody our core values of: Service People Teamwork Opportunity Result Innovation Trust Key Responsibilities: Analyze and optimize existing PPC campaigns, create new campaigns, and manage bids and keywords to enhance performance. Monitor Amazon campaign performance and provide KPI reporting to management and partner brands on a weekly and monthly basis. Continuously monitor, create, and optimize product listings to increase conversion rates. Collaborate with our Amazon team on ad campaign forecasting and strategy. Utilize third-party software and competitor data for keyword research. Research Amazon and other marketplaces to identify new product launch opportunities. Coordinate with brands such as Disney, Paramount, and Mattel etc. to ensure our products are featured on their brand pages and align with their promotional calendars. Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns for Brand and Content campaigns. Help develop, manage, and update presentations and documents shared with internal and external partners. Act as liaison to multiple departments and cross-functional partners across GUP and Amazon. Help schedule meetings, disseminate information, take notes as needed, and other ad hoc requests to support the team. Qualifications: 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion GUP Perks Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k plan & access to employee recognition programs.
