LHH is seeking a Marketing Specialist for a client in the Austin area. This role is ideal for a creative and analytical marketer with a strong background in both digital and traditional marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Manage content creation ensuring all social media posts follow brand standards
• Analyze marketing performance data to optimize campaigns
• Create and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive engagement
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging
• Assist with market research and competitor analysis to drive strategic marketing efforts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in a marketing role
• Strong knowledge of both digital (SEO, PPC, social media) and traditional (print, direct mail, events) marketing
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing software

Pay Details: $30.00 - 40.00 per hour

This position is contract-based and requires onsite presence in Austin, Texas.
