Our client, a well-established medical provider, is seeking a friendly and organized Medical Administrative Assistant for a long-term role at their busy front desk. This position plays a key role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for patients and staff.

LOCATION: Sacramento, CA

SALARY: $23 - $25/hr.

SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday | 7:30 – 4:30 pm | Full time | Temp to Hire

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in/check-out
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Respond to patient inquiries via phone and email
• Assist with scanning charts and managing email imaging
• Process and release medical records in compliance with HIPAA
• Support staff with other general front office tasks

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Bilingual – Spanish/English required (must be comfortable communicating with Spanish-speaking patients)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a medical office as a Front Desk Receptionist or Administrative Assistant
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficient with EHR systems and general computer applications
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
