Primarily days with rotating weekends and holidays (United States of America)

Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is $23.50 - $44.00, depending on experience.

Your Role:

As a Medical Laboratory Scientist or Technician, you will:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of laboratory instrumentation, including supply inventory and quality control.
• Perform a variety of clinical laboratory tests, utilizing your theoretical knowledge and independent judgment.
• Distinguish between normal and abnormal clinical parameters, ensuring all abnormal results are rechecked.
• Communicate laboratory data accurately and timely to relevant departments.
• Participate in the development of protocols and lab manuals.
• Provide technical guidance and training to team members.
• Assist with specimen collection and handling as necessary.

Required Education and Certifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology.
• Certification from AMT or ASCP within 1 year of hire.
