Job Description
The Middle School Principal is one of three senior, school-based roles (joining the Executive Director and Director of Operations). The Middle School Principal will be responsible for cultural vision and implementation, instructional leadership, and overall student experience at ChattAcademy. The Middle School Principal reports to the Executive Director. Requirements ChattAcademy has a charge from our community to build a different kind of education. Instead of operating in isolation, we build partnerships between educators and a) students (our most important stakeholders), b) families (experts on our students), and c) community leaders (experts on the fields in which our students will lead). Our work to build trust and partnerships that support each student's gifts, talents, and ideas will be complex, challenging, and deeply rewarding. We seek a Middle School Principal that has the following:

Experience
- Minimum of three years of experience in school-based leadership or closely-related experience required
- Previous experience with academic, curriculum, and teacher development
- TN Principal's Licensure
