Job Description of the Night Shift Coordinator:

The night shift requires a responsible, detail-oriented individual to join the team. The position involves ensuring a clean, safe, and orderly environment for overnight guests and residents. Key responsibilities include light janitorial work, laundry management, security monitoring, and adherence to organizational policies and procedures. The successful candidate will work closely with the directors to maintain a consistent and secure atmosphere while addressing any issues that arise during the night.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Night Shift Coordinator:

• Perform light janitorial duties to maintain cleanliness and order.
• Handle laundry tasks, ensuring all laundry is completed in a timely manner.
• Monitor security cameras discreetly to ensure the safety of guests, residents, and premises.
• Uphold organizational policies and procedures to maintain a secure and consistent environment.
• Work directly with the directors to receive guidance and implement organizational rules.
• Assess and resolve issues that may arise during the night shift, ensuring smooth operations until morning staff arrives.

Minimum Qualifications of the Night Shift Coordinator:

• Must be able to lift 35 to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and participate in random drug testing thereafter.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address issues independently.
• Ability to work overnight hours and maintain alertness and focus.
