• Are you an exceptional salesperson looking to make a guaranteed, six-figure income in your first year as a licensed real estate agent?
• We are seeking salespeople with NO INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE • One of our promises is you will earn at least $100,000 OR WE WILL PAY YOU THE DIFFERENCE!• We provide you with qualified appointments NOT leads. Responsibilities:
• Follow up on all leads in a timely manner and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism • Uncover the priorities of the buyers by doing a needs assessment (fact finding conversation) and then locate homes that match their needs and wants and show them the homes
• Be a trusted advisor and use a consultative, collaborative, servant leader approach
Qualifications:
• Driven to earn more than $100,000and provide exceptional customer experiences
• SC real estate license or willing to get one • Teachable with a strong work ethic
• Works well in a self-directed manner and also a great team player
