Come work in the fast paced cannabis industry! We are hiring a Part - Time Front Desk Receptionist for Nature's of Milliken. This is a cool, state of the art facility, showcasing our Nature's Kitchen operations via glass panels in the floor of the retail area!
General Info:
Heavy preference will be given to candidates who already have their badge to work in the cannabis industry in Colorado. If you don't already have that, you can apply with the State of Colorado.
The ideal candidate for this role will have open availability for the hours this store is open - Sunday - Saturday 8 am to 9 pm. This person will have a positive friendly attitude and a passion for and knowledge of cannabis, and love interacting with our customers!
This is a part - time position, and you will generally be scheduled four shifts a week, between 4-6 hours per shift. The maximum hours scheduled would be 25 hours a week.
Pay - $15.00/hour, plus tips from a percentage of the budtenders (which are recorded and taxed).
As a part - time associate, you will be eligible to earn sick pay accrued through the amount of hours worked.

Customer Service is our #1 priority, so the ideal candidate will have worked in a customer service role, and largely enjoyed it. Knowledge of the cannabis product world is a plus, but not required. We have lots of expertise and knowledge in-house, and we will help you learn whatever you don't already know about the wide variety of cannabis products.
Basic Functions of the Job: - Welcome our customers into our store with a friendly face and information on our deals, loyalty programs, and the rules of dispensaries
- Verify IDs for customers - making sure they are valid and current
- Keep in-house menu boards current and up to date
- Answer incoming phone calls with great phone etiquette and a friendly tone, and answer customer questions
- Engage with customers, answering questions and making suggestions on different products to purchase.
- Provide a high level of customer service to all our customers.
- Stock products on the sales floor.
- Handle cash with accuracy and integrity.
- Follow all the rules and regulations set up by the organization and the Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED).
Ideal Skills and Experience: - To begin working in any dispensary in Colorado, you must have a valid badge from the State of Colorado to work in the cannabis industry. This badge is obtained at the cost of the candidate/employee, and the company does not reimburse for this.
- Because this is a customer facing role, reliability is super important!
- Customer Service experience, ideally in a retail environment or as a server/bartender/host.
- Friendly, positive attitude and AMAZING communication skills.
- Passion for the cannabis industry/product - even if you do not partake, you should be excited about what it can do for folks!
- General knowledge about cannabis products is a big plus!
- Willingness to learn the rules of this industry and uphold them every single day.
