Job Description

We are seeking a Payroll Administrator for an awesome client in O'Fallon, MO. This company offers great work/life balance, pay and benefits. In order to be perfect for this position, you will need at least 5 years of payroll experience, prevailing wage experience, and construction payroll is a plus. This position requires good written and oral communication skills. This position is 100% on site!

salary: $70,000 - $78,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Pay all state, local and federal taxes
Process weekly payroll
Maintain accurate employee records
Maintain company level tables (earnings, deductions, liabilities, union classifications, etc.)
Routine time and payroll record audits
Weekly certified payroll reporting
Weekly internal labor reporting
Calculate and prepare layoff / termination checks
Complete VOE requests
Process correct garnishment calculations and compliance
Process accurate and timely year-end reporting
Setup payroll tables within software for payroll processing
