We are searching for a dynamic Occupational Therapist to join a busy Pediatric Outpatient Therapy Clinic in Osceola, IN. This is a full time position with an average of 30-38 hours/week. This position offers:

Typical duties of a pediatric occupational therapist includes helping children gain independence, promote development of fine motor skills, sensory motor skills and visual motor skills needed to function at the highest possible level. Much of the pediatric outpatient occupational therapy is focused on developmental skills including feeding, handwriting, and object manipulation. The pediatric occupational therapist will coordinate and work on a multidisciplinary team as well as with family members. Must be willing to work 2-3 early evenings a week.
QUALIFICATIONS
:
Bachelor of Science or advanced degree in Occupational Therapy
Current state license/certification
Current registration with the American Occupational Therapy Certification Board
Prefer minimum three to five (3-5) years experience in pediatric rehabilitation
Experience with feeding and sensory integration therapies
Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills
Competency in applying the principles, methods, materials and equipment used in Pediatric Occupational Therapy
Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements
