A top 100 hospital in the Upper Midwest seeks a Pediatric Surgeon (Ped Surg) to join their expanding, collegial, and mission-driven team. 97% Physician retention rate.

Position Highlights:
- Be part of decisions regarding our brand-new women and children's hospital
- Ability to teach/work with Pediatric residents, if interested, but not required
- EMR - EPIC
- Flexible schedule options - Including 3 weeks on 1 week off and full-time pay, 7 on 7 off, or part-time - also open to other options that offer an ideal work/life balance
- Dedicated NP support
- No ECMO or Oncology
- Year 1 compensation of over $900,000 for full-time employment
- Annual retention bonus yearly of $15,000
- 12+ Weeks Off
- Support of 20 other Pediatric Specialists on staff
