Catholic Home Care Team based in Eastern Suffolk is looking for a top tier PT!

Work somewhere that Cares! Catholic Health Home Care is looking for passionate, dedicated Physical Therapist’s to provide comprehensive care to patients. We offer *flexible scheduling, additional compensation for visits over your caseload, competitive compensation and sign on bonuses for our full time Physical Therapist's.*

*Our Physical Therapist:*

- Review Patient charts and medical history

- Develop an personalized treatment plan

- Coach patients and teach them therapeutic exercises and stretches to improve their condition

- Use hand-on therapy to promote healing.

- Maintain patient records by keeping track of goals and progress while adapting treatment plans accordingly.

*Qualifications:*
* Valid NYS Physical Therapist License
* 1-2 years of licensed physical therapy experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
