Job Description

Xenia is seeking a motivated Product Management Intern to join our fast-growing operations management platform for the summer of 2025. As a Product Management Intern, you'll work directly with our product and customer success teams to help shape the future of multi-unit operations management software.

Xenia is a comprehensive operations execution platform that helps multi-unit operators drive better consistency, quality, and accountability across their locations. Our platform unifies daily operational tasks, facilities maintenance, and compliance in one system, serving industries like convenience stores, restaurants, retail chains, and more. Since our founding in 2021, we've grown rapidly, serving thousands of locations across the US.

• Work directly with our product team on feature prioritization and roadmap planning
• Analyze customer feedback and usage patterns to identify improvement opportunities
• Assist in designing and documenting product requirements
• Participate in user research and customer interviews
• Support the development of product marketing materials and documentation
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and customer success teams
• Help prepare competitive analysis and market research

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate clearly
• Interest in B2B software and operational excellence
• Self-starter attitude with ability to work independently
• Technical aptitude and willingness to learn

• In-person at our Chicago headquarters
• 10-12 weeks (June-August 2025)
