• Act as first line of communication with our Owners, Project Managers and other staff and provide timely responses to questions and inquiries 
• Maintain project-related records, including contracts and change orders 
• Review monthly Work-in-Progress reports for completeness, accuracy, and variations
• Review monthly Accounts Receivables for payment status and follow-up as necessary
• Work closely with Project Managers and perform detailed monthly job cost reviews
• Job setup (contract review, budget, schedule of values, billing templates, etc.) in Vista by Viewpoint/Procore
• Review bonding requirements per contract and order Payment/Performance bonds if required
• Send insurance requirements to insurance agency to obtain Certificate of Insurance
• Request job cost transfers
• Process subcontract and change order requests
• Produce and send monthly Owner billing packets for each job (including release of liens, vendor lien waivers, Customer-specific billing formats, AIA, etc.) Process vendor credit applications and request new vendor setups
• Monitor Pay Controls and requests changes to ensure that subcontractors and vendors are paid at the appropriate time according to their specific contract terms and conditions
• Process job closeouts
• Assist with special projects and other duties as requested by company management
