Job Details Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement new manufacturing processes and monitor their progress.
2. Coordinate with the design team to develop prototypes for products.
3. Utilize your knowledge of assembly processes to ensure efficient production.
4. Apply the principles of TPS (Toyota Production System) for continuous process improvement.
5. Use your mechanical engineering background to troubleshoot and solve manufacturing issues.
6. Apply engineering design principles to optimize manufacturing processes and product design.
7. Use AutoCAD to create detailed designs and specifications.
8. Identify opportunities for process and product improvements and design solutions to implement these improvements.
9. Coordinate with various departments to ensure that the manufacturing process aligns with company goals.
10. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
11. Present regular updates on project progress to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
3. Proficient in assembly processes and familiar with TPS.
4. Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering, engineering design, and manufacturing processes.
5. Experience in prototype design and development.
6. Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
7. Demonstrated experience in process improvement.
8. Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
9. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
11. Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
