Are you an experienced property manager looking for a challenging role in the finance industry? We are currently seeking a highly skilled Property Manager (Regional / Multi-Unit) to join our team. This role requires a dynamic professional who is adept at handling multiple properties and is familiar with the financial aspects of the property management industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Section 8 / low income and Multifamily properties. This position requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in property management, with a strong emphasis on financial management.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Property Manager (Regional / Multi-Unit), you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple properties in our portfolio. Your duties will include:

1. Overseeing all aspects of property management including tenant relations, property maintenance, and lease administration.
2. Developing and managing budgets for each property, ensuring that all financial objectives are met.
3. Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local laws related to Section 8 and Multifamily properties.
4. Coordinating with various teams to ensure that all properties are well-maintained and that any issues are promptly addressed.
5. Conducting regular property inspections to ensure that all properties are in good condition and meet all relevant standards.
6. Preparing and presenting regular reports on property performance, financial status, and other relevant metrics.
7. Working closely with senior management to develop strategies for improving property performance and profitability.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the role of Permanent Property Manager (Regional / Multi-Unit), candidates must possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, with a strong emphasis on financial management.
2. Extensive knowledge of Section 8 and Multifamily properties, including relevant laws and regulations.
3. Excellent financial management skills, with the ability to develop and manage budgets for multiple properties.
4. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and coordinate teams effectively.
5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with tenants, team members, and senior management.
6. A strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
7. A bachelor's degree in business management, finance, or a related field is preferred.
