We’re thrilled to be partnering with a growing, industry-leading metal fabrication and machining company in Central NC to hire a Quality Manager who’s ready to lead with impact.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive excellence by implementing and standardizing quality control, production, and customer service processes
• Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and company standards
• Lead root cause analysis and implement preventive action plans
• Partner with production and engineering teams to streamline operations and boost efficiency
• Mentor and lead a quality team committed to accountability and continuous learning
• Interpret blueprints, train others in blueprint reading, and manage measurement and tolerance checks

What You Bring:

• 4+ years of quality assurance experience in a manufacturing setting
• Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and audit procedures
• Proven ability to lead, train, and inspire others
• Strong skills in blueprint reading, measurement analysis, and problem-solving
• A bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required
