Quality Manager | Up to $115k | On-Site in Midland, GA | Direct Hire
Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Quality Manager to lead quality operations across two manufacturing sites with multi-shift teams. This role is ideal for a strong leader who thrives in cross-functional settings and has a passion for maintaining compliance and driving operational excellence within regulated environments.
Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and hold accountable a team of 4 direct reports and ~20 indirect QC Inspectors
• Oversee the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO and FDA requirements
• Manage supplier quality and oversee distributor compliance programs
• Direct internal audits and maintain metrics for monthly and executive reviews
• Handle corrective and preventive actions (SCAR, CAPA, complaints) and support customer-facing quality initiatives
Qualifications and Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in Quality Assurance (pharma, medical device, or regulated industries)
• Degree in business, science, or engineering preferred
• Strong knowledge of QMS, ISO 13485, FDA regulations, and 21 CFR Part 820
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to drive accountability and results
• Experience working with contract manufacturers, suppliers, or distributors

In the spirit of pay transparency, the base salary range for this position is $110k–$115k , not including benefits, potential bonuses, or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth.
