We are seeking a Radiation Oncology Manager responsible for daily operations, including personnel management, process improvement, and patient care. Key duties involve:

• Overseeing department operations and compliance with regulations.
• Selecting and mentoring staff, conducting performance evaluations, and managing attendance.
• Assisting in budget development and achieving financial targets.
• Ensuring quality assurance and safety standards.
• Participating in patient care as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or health sciences.
• Three years of management experience in healthcare.
• Preferred: Five years of management and seven years as a Radiation Therapist.

Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills are essential.
