What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Source new acquisitions and develop relationships with key decision-makers in vertical market software businesses
• Maintain and nurture acquisition opportunities while continuing relationships with existing targets
• Communicate Harris’ investment strategy and ensure professionalism in the investment process
• Support the M&A team in qualifying potential company targets and tracking activities in Salesforce
• Generate leads, set up qualified investment opportunities, and move opportunities through the M&A pipeline

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Fluency in both English and French
• Minimum of 5+ years of related business experience in sales, corporate development, consulting, banking, investing, M&A sourcing, or technology/software
• Strong aptitude and passion for corporate development and relationship management
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter with excellent prioritization and multi-tasking abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience in entrepreneurship or start-up environments
• Familiarity with customer relationship management tools, such as Salesforce
