Aspen Roofing Services is seeking a motivated and experienced Roofing Sales Rep/Project Manager to generate leads, conduct roof inspections, and secure roofing contracts from homeowners, business owners, and property managers. This role involves building relationships, providing expert roofing advice, and closing sales through in-home consultations and detailed estimates. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, a deep understanding of roofing systems, and a passion for helping clients find the best roofing solutions.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Perform comprehensive roof inspections to assess the condition and identify necessary repairs or replacements.
  • Provide detailed and accurate estimates, proposals, and presentations to homeowners and property managers.
  • Educate clients on roofing options, materials, and the advantages of Aspen Roofing Services.
  • Follow up with potential clients, addressing questions and concerns to close sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, inspections, proposals, and sales using the company's CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely and accurate project completion.
  • Engage in door-to-door canvassing to generate leads and secure appointments with potential clients.
  • Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay informed on industry trends and best practices.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

The ideal candidate should possess:
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
  • Strong negotiation abilities and the ability to close deals.
  • Ability to conduct thorough and accurate roof inspections.
  • Knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and repair/replacement processes.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships.

Education & Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
  • Experience with in-home sales consultations and door-to-door sales and lead generation is highly desirable.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
  • Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights to conduct roof inspections.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
