RPA Developer


Bay area ( Hybrid role)


Rate: 65-75/hr ( DOE)

We are seeking a highly skilled RPA Developer with expertise in Automation Anywhere and experience preferrably working in a Mac OS environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions that streamline business processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce manual effort. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere.
  • Automate business processes and workflows, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Work with Mac OS environments , ensuring compatibility and optimization of automation scripts.
  • Integrate RPA solutions with various applications, including databases, web services, and third-party software.
  • Perform requirement analysis, feasibility studies, and provide technical recommendations.
  • Develop reusable components and frameworks to enhance automation scalability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues, ensuring smooth bot operations.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, and IT teams to identify automation opportunities.
  • Maintain documentation, including process design documents (PDDs) and solution design documents (SDDs).
  • Ensure compliance with security and governance standards in RPA development.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as an RPA Developer with hands-on expertise in Automation Anywhere.
  • Strong knowledge of RPA lifecycle, process automation best practices, and bot deployment.
  • Experience working in Mac OS environments, including scripting, automation tools, and system integration.
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or VBScript for scripting and automation.
  • Familiarity with API integrations, RESTful services, and database queries (SQL, NoSQL).
  • Understanding of OCR, AI/ML, and cognitive automation techniques is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud-based automation solutions (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Certifications in Automation Anywhere (e.g., Advanced RPA Professional Certification).
