Job Title - Sales Business Development Manager

Location - Cumming, Georgia (Onsite)

Job Type - Part-Time

Job Description-

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients in the US/ Canada IT sector , covering industries such as technology, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, BFSI, and manufacturing .
• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our IT staffing client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, hiring managers, and C-level executives.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential US IT staffing opportunities .
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and business cases to prospective clients.
• Negotiate and close contracts , ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and trade shows to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
• Track and report on business development activities, pipeline, and results .

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Should have experience in US IT staffing business development, sales .
• Proven track record of securing new business contracts and achieving targets .
• Strong understanding of US IT staffing models, recruitment lifecycle, and client engagement strategies .
• Experience working with clients in IT, healthcare, BFSI, pharmaceuticals, or manufacturing sectors .
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders .
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented , and capable of working independently as well as within a team .
• Ability to operate in US time zones (EST/CST/PST).
