Location: Palo Alto, CA (On-Site/ Hybrid)Employment Type: Full-TimeExperience Level: JuniorThe RoleWe're seeking a proactive BDR to join our team focused on outbounding, qualifying and potentially grow to much more. You'll be instrumental in expanding our market presence and connecting healthcare providers with our AI-powered medical billing solution.What Youll DoAs a Sales Development Representative / Business Development Representative at Youlify, youll play a critical role in building our sales pipeline and fueling growth.Drive outbound sales with physicians, groups, and hospitals through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.Qualify leads with discovery calls, ensuring strong pipeline coverage to hit monthly and annual targets.Track all interactions within our CRM system (Attio).Develop a deep understanding of healthcare billing and the Youlify platform.Spend ~80% of your time focused on phone calls, email, and office-based prospecting.Spend ~20% of your time attending trade shows and conferences learning on the job, networking with healthcare decision-makers, and representing Youlify at industry events.Gain exposure to other areas of sales beyond outbound, learning the full cycle and preparing for advancement.Growth PlanThis role is designed as a launchpad into sales at Youlify:Promotion track Intended to lead to an Account Executive (AE) role.Cross-training Youll collaborate with the broader sales and marketing team and get hands-on exposure to sales operations, demos, and closing.Mentorship Learn directly from senior sales leaders and the founding team.What Were Looking For1-5+ years of experience in B2B sales development, preferably in healthcare, Fintech or SaaSEager to outreach and help create an OUTBOUND systemHUNGRY, DRIVEN, and PERSISTENT. These 3 words must describe youStrong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical solutionsExcellent listening skills to identify needs and challengesSelf-motivated to work in a fast-paced startup environmentExperience with CRM (Attio, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)Bachelor's preferred.
