School-Based Physical Therapist: 2025-2026 School year

AnthroMed Education is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join a special education charter school for the upcoming school year. This position focuses on providing therapeutic support to students with moderate to intensive needs, ensuring they can access their learning environment effectively.

Position Details

• Grade Levels: Ages 3-22
• Duration: Full school year
• Schedule:
  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 7:50 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 7:50 AM – 3:10 PM
• Setting: On-site, working within a specialized educational environment
• Caseload:
  • Approximately 10 direct treatment hours per week
  • Students aged 8-11 and 12-15
  • Most sessions are individual and take place in the PT gym, classroom, campus, and community settings
  • All students have IEPs and require therapeutic support
  • 180 students use Assistive Technology/AAC
• Workspace :
  • Access to a shared office space and additional treatment areas
  • School is structured into five buildings ("houses"), each with 5-6 classrooms based on age range
