Responsibilities : Lead projects through their full lifecycle in collaboration with Product Management, Operations, and Technology. Manage project scope, timelines, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. Proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks and issues. Ensure compliance with PMO processes and communicate project status effectively to all stakeholders. Qualifications/Background Profile : Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the field of Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or other related field 5+ years of related IT management experience in analysis, design, development, documentation, implementing and testing of software systems Experience managing agile development projects as a Scrum Master Experience with complex, mission critical system design and evaluating and proposing alternative software designs Thorough knowledge of and experience in secure development practices Experience in wholesale or retail banking technology is a plus Experience developing or migrating applications to Cloud Environments (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.) is a plus ----------------------------------------------------------------- This job is Hybrid Remote.
