Job Description

Saddlehill Farm is seeking a hardworking and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Seasonal Farm Hand. This position will play a crucial role in supporting our farm-to-table business by assisting with the cultivation of crops specifically for our Tasting Room.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Preparing soil for planting

* Planting seeds and seedlings

* Weeding and general field maintenance

* Irrigation and watering of crops

* Harvesting fruits, vegetables, and other crops

* Assisting with other farm tasks as needed

This position requires the ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions. Prior farming experience is helpful but not required. A strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude are essential.

Compensation: $18 per hour

Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week, with scheduling dependent on the needs of the growing season.
