Job Description

LaSalle Network is hiring a Senior Accountant for one of our clients who is a dynamic, growth-minded company looking to elevate its finance team. If you're someone who's ready to roll up your sleeves and tackle everything from audit prep to month-end close, this role is for you.


This hybrid role is based in Newport Beach, CA and offers visibility across departments, access to leadership, and the ability to make process improvements that matter.



Senior Accountant Responsibilities:

• Oversee monthly and annual close activities with speed and precision
• Conduct deep-dive financial analysis and complex reconciliations
• Collaborate on budgeting, forecasting, and financial statement prep
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, including ASC 842 and other key standards
• Manage audit support and documentation for tax and regulatory filings
• Provide accounting guidance to internal stakeholders
• Contribute to system implementations and streamline reporting processes
• Mentor junior accounting team members

Senior Accountant Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Accounting; CPA highly preferred
• 6+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Proven track record in financial analysis and reporting
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Concur, Great Plains, or Business Central is a plus
• Solid understanding of lease accounting and revenue recognition
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working both independently and in a team
