We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Digital Producer to join our client's Team. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing digital projects from concept to completion, ensuring all aspects are aligned with client objectives and timelines. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver, excited by new technologies, and understands the importance of thorough planning and communication to deliver successful digital experiences.

As a Senior Digital Producer, you will manage the end-to-end production of digital content, including large-scale initiatives such as websites, apps, and sales tools, as well as smaller digital tactics like banners and email campaigns. This position requires hands-on involvement in driving the execution and quality of each project while ensuring smooth coordination between teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Define project scope and create proposals that outline objectives and deliverables
• Lead client meetings to gather project requirements, ensuring thorough understanding and clear communication
• Work closely with the Project Management team to develop timelines and project schedules
• Coordinate with UX, Design, and Development teams to allocate resources and streamline operations
• Act as the liaison between internal teams, external vendors, and freelance collaborators
• Facilitate regular team stand-up meetings, tracking progress, addressing blockers, and setting next steps
• Develop and review Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs) and Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree
• 4+ years of experience in an agency or similar fast-paced environment ideally with healthcare experience or clients.
• Familiarity with popular project management software tools
• Hands-on experience managing multi-faceted digital campaigns
• Proven ability to manage websites and digital content across different platforms
• Strong interest in emerging technologies and their application in digital projects
• In-depth understanding of email campaign best practices, including responsive design and tracking tools
• Knowledge of digital media campaign standards, such as banner ad sizes, UTM tracking, and media planning
• Familiarity with various development environments, from static HTML to CMS platforms
• Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, including websites, ads, and social media platforms
• Solid grasp of the digital development lifecycle, from planning and wireframes to QA and final delivery
