Salary: $125,000 - $185,000 per year **A bit about us:** Our client, a growing construction company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join its growing team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing civil construction projects from conception to completion. You will have full cost control responsibility and will be expected to deliver projects on time and within budget. This is a challenging and exciting role that will require you to travel to different project sites. This is a permanent position with relocation opportunities for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of civil construction projects, including planning, design, budgeting, and scheduling
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management and other stakeholders
• Manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as required
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
• Manage project budgets and ensure that costs are kept under control
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives
• Ensure that all project documentation is complete and up-to-date
• Travel to different project sites as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in construction project management (civil preferred)
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Willingness to travel to different project sites
• Strong cost control experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations
