Contract : 9 months contract, possibility of extensions in 2026

Work-setting : Hybrid at Johnson City, TX (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Hourly Pay Rate :$30-$35/hr. on w2

Regular Business Hours

Senior level 5+ years of experience

Top 3-5 Technical Skills :

• SCCM and Intune experience at current/last job.
• Not necessary ServiceNow but need ticketing / ITSM experience.
• Active Directory, create accounts, add permissions in groups (Not structure forest exp or high level.
• Role is Tier 2, able to mentor others on SCCM and Intune is desired.
• Windows OS, Office 365 including Intune, some MacOS (but majority of company is Windows 11).
• Some basic PowerShell/scripting experience. (such as write a script to restart a program)
• Networking troubleshooting skills, level you need to troubleshoot your customer incident then escalate
• Customer facing skills, polite, patience, able to handle email, TEAMS chat, phone conversations.

• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing excellent customer service
• Knowledge of information systems, products, and services
• Skilled in time management
• Skilled in multitasking, prioritizing, and changing priorities
• Skilled identifying, analyzing, and resolving problems
• Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing
• Ability to listen and to understand information verbally and in writing
• Willingness to ask questions or ask for assistance as needed

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or related experience
• Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft Endpoint Administrator Associate
• Seven to ten years of experience in computer setup and troubleshooting proficiency with Windows operating systems and MacOS
• Strong network fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN
• Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and common enterprise applications
• System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
