Core Responsibilities:

  • Ensure operational stability and adherence to safety guidelines, budget controls, and quality standards.

Collaboration & Influence:

  • Communicate proactively across ISS to share best practices and promote the OneISS vision.
  • Participate actively in project teams, meetings, and negotiations, enhancing operational excellence across accounts.

Your Skills & Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED required; 3+ years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in leadership roles with strong team management capabilities.
  • Excellent computer proficiency, budgeting experience, and a collaborative management approach.
  • Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced, complex environments.

Physical Demands & Work Experience

  • Long working hours
  • Sitting at a computer for 50% of the time
  • Walking/Inspecting the site 50% of the time
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 10 pounds
  • Must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods
