Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Content Creator & Manager to join our client. This individual will be responsible for capturing engaging photos and video content on-site, maintaining and organizing social media files, and ensuring consistent posting across all social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent photography and video skills, and a passion for engaging online communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Travel to various sites and events to capture high-quality photos and videos for social media platforms.
• Content Maintenance: Organize and maintain social media files, ensuring that content is easily accessible for future use.
• Social Media Management: Manage and update social media accounts, including writing, scheduling, and posting regular updates across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
• Engagement: Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand strategy, goals, and audience preferences.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with current social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance content effectiveness.
• Analytics: Track and analyze social media metrics to assess performance and improve content strategy.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media content creation, in videography and photography.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with photo and video editing software (Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Creative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with live streaming or video production.
• Knowledge of SEO and social media analytics tools.
• Ability to adapt content for various platforms and audiences.
