About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Content Staff to join our team in the Retail Trade industry. As a Social Media Content Staff, you will be responsible for creating and managing engaging content across various social media platforms to increase brand awareness and drive sales. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns that align with our brand's voice and values. Your ultimate goal is to increase our online presence and engagement, and ultimately drive revenue growth.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Retail Trade industry.
  • Graphic design skills and experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with influencer marketing and partnerships.
  • Experience with paid social media advertising.
  • Ability to create and edit video content.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage engaging content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns that align with our brand's voice and values.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all content is consistent with our brand's messaging and goals.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our brand remains relevant and competitive.

Skills:

As a Social Media Content Staff, you will utilize your excellent communication and creative skills to develop and execute engaging social media campaigns. You will need to be proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms to track the success of your campaigns. Additionally, graphic design skills and experience with Adobe Creative Suite are preferred to create visually appealing content. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure all content is consistent with our brand's messaging and goals. Your ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment will be crucial to your success in this role.
