Position Overview: As a Software Engineer, you will play a key role in the development and customization of business workflows, focusing on building innovative solutions for Driver License and ID Programs. You will work with a variety of tools and technologies, including JBPM in XML, Apache Camel XML DSL for API routing, and XSLT for data transformations. Your expertise in Java and SQL databases will be essential for debugging and enhancing the existing system, with opportunities for occasional binary development.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement business workflows using JBPM in XML
Develop API endpoints and routes using Apache Camel XML DSL
Perform data transformations with XSLTs to ensure seamless data flow
Troubleshoot and debug Java-based applications and SQL databases
Work closely with customers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality, customized solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a semi-development, semi-professional services capacity

Qualifications:

Experience with customer customizations, configurations, and deployments
Strong knowledge of JBPM, Apache Camel, XSLT, Java, and SQL
Familiarity with debugging existing Back Office products
A passion for solving complex problems and improving user experiences
Ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid work environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
