Under the direction of the Director, Transfusion Medicine, the Blood Bank Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of all administrative and technical operations of the transfusion medicine laboratory sections within Main Line Health Laboratories (MLHL). Responsibility includes staffing in individual section. Serves as liaison with other MLH departments and outside clients. Develop and Grow your Career! In partnership with other MLHL supervisors is responsible for providing laboratory services to MLH patients, physicians, and staff. Maintains positive, collaborative problem solving relationships with other MLHL management staff, MLHL Medical Director, and other Pathologists. Also maintains effective working relationships with key administrative staff at MLH hospitals. Join the Team!
