Job Description

We are partnering with a well-established, family-owned Construction company to find their next Talent Acquisition Manager . The Talent Acquisition Manager will drive and streamline all recruiting efforts and processes across multiple states. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role reporting to the CHRO, responsible for full-cycle recruitment for both corporate and field positions. Our client offers highly competitive benefits and growth. Candidates can be based in Portland, OR or Seattle, WA. Base compensation for this role is $120K-$150K, depending on location and experience. There is also an annual bonus dependent on company and individual performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the full-cycle recruiting process
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute hiring strategies
  • Source and attract candidates for a wide variety of roles
  • Maintain and improve recruiting systems and processes
  • Represent the company at recruiting events and seminars
  • Travel occasionally (up to 25%) to meet with hiring teams across locations

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate setting; must have experience owning the entire recruiting function
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Construction industry experience is a plus, but not required
  • Bachelor’s Degree is required
