Location: Remote (Los Angeles, CA) *MUST RESIDE IN THE LOS ANGELES SURROUNDING AREA

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent representation, a deep understanding of the entertainment landscape, and a passion for supporting artists in achieving their goals. While this position is primarily remote, we prefer candidates based in Los Angeles for occasional in-person events and meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent and advocate for a diverse roster of talent, including influencers, celebrities, athletes, etc
• Identify and pursue new opportunities for clients in film, television, music, and digital media.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals, including producers, marketing agencies, directors, and casting agents.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements on behalf of clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and emerging talent.
• Collaborate with clients to strategize career growth and branding initiatives.
• Attend industry events, screenings, and meetings as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a talent agent or in a related role within the entertainment industry.
• Established network of contacts in the industry.
• Strong negotiation skills and a keen understanding of contracts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Passion for discovering and promoting new talent.
