Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:
Leading daily stand-ups and sprint planning for our dev team
Owning our technical architecture and making sure we're building for massive scale
Getting on calls with customers to understand their needs and prioritize features
Maintaining high code quality through reviews and testing protocols
Facilitating communication between dev, customer support, and leadership teams
Strategizing on new features that will save users hundreds of hours
Hiring and mentoring engineers as we scale the team
Making technical decisions that will support our path to $1B valuation
Who You Are (Specifically):
You've successfully led teams of 5-10+ developers through scaling challenges
You've been part of scaling products from 5K to 10K+ active customers
You've hired around 10 engineers and know what great talent looks like
You've worked at startups during high-growth phases (not just big tech)
You have experience with AI tools and modern web technologies
You're an excellent communicator who can work across all teams
You don't just manage – you lead by example and get in the code when needed
You believe in both mental and physical strength – weak body, weak mind isn't your style
